About Us
Faye Garito is a dedicated public servant and lifelong Dutchess County resident representing Legislative District 22, which includes Beekman and Union Vale. As Chairman of the Family & Human Services Committee and member of the Public Safety Committee, she plays a vital role in advancing policies that support families, seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Her leadership has contributed to six consecutive years of tax reductions, strengthened ethics laws, and enhanced environmental and public safety initiatives across the county.
With deep ties to the community as a wife of 46 years, mother, and grandmother, Faye brings a personal commitment to every decision she makes. Her work as a liaison to the Planning Board, Domestic Violence Advisory Committee, and the Water and Wastewater Authority reflects her hands-on, solution-oriented approach to governance. Faye Garito remains a trusted advocate for District 22, focused on practical reforms that improve the lives of her constituents.
